A new logo for a new future
Martin Dawn plc, a UK based property company instructed InHouse to seek a modern interpretation of their previous visual identity, a logomark and logotype which had remained unchanged since the early 80's.
The new adopted logomark crafted greater structure between its elements, while retaining the visual brand identity which had been built up with the brand since 1983. The logo concept, an illustrative interpretation of a House Martin to form the ‘D’ of Dawn, was rebalanced to reflect a modernised ‘M’, which retained its formal stylisation while bringing it inline with modern typography trends.
